Evening guys,
I was sat here thinking about you know life, what’s going on and stuff! During August to May I mean to be blunt I’m often in my car on the motorway heading to football be it old Trafford or where ever united are playing, you might even catch me on a plane or a train heading to Europe! It’s none stop .. The day before I’m relaxing readying myself for the trip then on the day I’m traveling or preparing myself! The next few days I’m recovering and then we go again .. it’s often just exhausting and when with following united you can have 2/3 games in a week .. the fatigue just leads you to bed or going on slow, plus I watch general football so I don’t often get time to do much else!
So then we crash into off season mid May to mid August around 12 weeks I’d say and people who know me well see a different side to me!
I read a lot more which is a huge passion of mine, I should blog about books I read, maybe! This off season I’m hoping to read a few of my books in my “to read” pile! I’m a quick reader I recently read “Wilde like me” by Louise Pentland which I absolutely loved and read within a few days! I’m looking forward to reading “Eve Of Man” by Gi & Tom Fletcher but first I’m reading a short book “The Note” according to my kindle it’ll only take a couple of hours at my reading speed!
I love to travel, I try and travel through out the year depending on fixtures and the like! I recently fitted in a break to Madrid at the end of the season.
I like to just relax with my pets and see family!
I like to do house stuff, try out new recipes, like the ham & veg one pot today which was puréed down, it was nice!
I like to do try and do a few days out when I can, I recently visited Stratford I’d not been for ages and hope to go back to the theatre before the summer is out!
I like to go to the cinema if there’s anything decent on.
I also like to do like projects around the house like my recent photo frame with pics of my pets in, I love it.
I also like to document my travel the past year in my travel journal I have one huge one which I keep adding to with everything in it and then I have smaller ones for specific trips like Madrid, I like to try different techniques out to. I just love to get creative!
I also like to do some summer learning to keep the mind ticking, this summer I’m looking at learning some Italian.
You see there’s more to me than football I’m quite creative person really but I try and fit It in to 12 short weeks a year!
Vicky xx
