Morning all,
Friday! I woke up quite a bit last night pain was bad and I was moving well rolling side to side, it’s a real pain having a bad hip on the left and shoulder on the right!
I rang Newcastle and booked my parking for the game in the new year.
But anyway today I was going to see my cousin for the last time before Christmas! We didn’t get up fo much bar the normal but I did have a funny moment. I decided the bright spark that I am I could get my large electric wheelchair into my small bathroom, I heard the oh no .. lol!
So I got Carolyn to remove my foot plates! I was adamant I was going to get my feet in the bath for a soak! So I manage to swing the chair round into a tiny space .. feet in the bath ahh I think can get closer I manage it, so I sit listening to music with my cousin warming her back on the heater! Then I need to move … yup I was stuck I couldn’t get my legs out or my wheelchair moving I was wedged between the toilet and the door LOL my cousin was giggling and I was starting to panic but she was like well you got in you’ll get out! Then she said it reminded her of a film (I can’t remember which ) anyway it took 15 minutes of about a million point turn but I eventually got free, I was saying to myself I won’t do that again .. I probably will lol
She ended up leaving, Christmas is a busy time for her business and I had things to do!
When Peter arrived he had a box part 1 of my delivery! He opened it .. pulled it out yeah it was his Christmas gift OPS! You gotta laugh, least he found it funny!
Then it was time to hit Tesco! I had to get some bits to last me over the Christmas period as I can’t run out! Thankfully I managed to get a parking space after 15 minutes! Then I was ready to go into a busy shop! I had a list in my head it was time to get in there!
I’m fairness I got everything and I wasn’t it there as long as I though, homeward bound, stopping off at dads for my other parcels, everything goes to my dads as Ben hates postal people!
I came home and decided I needed rest so went to bed and curled up with Toby to watch Arthur Christmas it’s a great film, well I fell asleep!
Got up for my puréed food and then my fortisip. I’m sat in the living room with the dog, when we hear a bang! We go in and my beaker has a big whole In it and my blender is not In a good shape! But my brother has broccoli on him!
Before I knew it peter was off and me and Ben watched a bit of YouTube L&R dreaming Orlando vlog and then music was on and we just chilled.
Tonight I’ve caught up with my friend and on Atlanta United tomorrow I head to Cardiff for Ole’s first game in charge!
