Evening all,
I was sat on my iPad just catching up on social media, when my phone bleeped and it was announce Jose mourinho had been sacked from Manchester United!
The rest of the morning I was sat listening to music and just chilling with the dog!
The afternoon came and I had to go and run a few errands. First up I had Togo the pet store as Ben needed a new dog bowl, it had been dropped and got a crack in it, it was plastic. Then he had also run out of teeth cleaner treats!
I then had to collect my liquid food for Christmas, you needed a trolly to get the boxes and then some fuel!
Then it was home for the night. I’m still feeling low and as the night went on there was more tears., I found it difficult to sleep tonight which is another sign of my depression, I sleep to much when I do sleep and find it hard to sleep at first.
Pain was bad over night in my hip.
