I’ll start in September I’d been getting pain in my shoulder muscles with twitching and pins and needles numbness in my hand so I went to the doctor as all was not right. While I was there I mentioned my rheumatoid nurse had given me an X-ray due to a lump on my knee, it was inconclusive so the gp had a look.
I was then told I should have an ultrasound on my knee and Nerve conduct tests on my arm.
I later went back for an eating / weight up date when I mentioned the lump that can’t up on my back but went again and so it was decided to X-ray my spine and shoulder.
Rewind to 30th October and test revile day! I was feeling a bit nervous but I can not change anything so just went with it. I wasn’t expecting the results ..
Ultrasound – I knocked my knee at a European game and that’s when the lump appeared. I have an encapsulated hematoma.. it’s basically a bleed on my knee and the blood has gathered it’s not to worrying and should disperse it’s self eventually I’ve to have it rescanned in 6 weeks
Nerve test – the good news is my nerves are working well!
Weight – I’ve gained and am 5 stone 8lbs which is a relief it’s my best weight in 7 years!!
Spine X-ray – I have a fused lumber spine and some other issues I was getting a bit upset at this point
Shoulder X-ray – I have a damaged shoulder it’s risen and the rotary cuff Is well useless
All in all I’ve had better appointments
