Let’s talk about Sleep!
You May have noticed I’ve been blogging later In the day, it’s not because I’m not going out I seem to be just busy taking pictures of my cats! Anyway … lol
Its been 3 weeks now and let’s be honest who’s sleeping normally?
Im finding it so hard to just go to sleep, I think the average we end up sleeping is 3am I just can’t fall asleep at night, I’m not tired!
when I do get into bed I’m finding it so hard to switch my brain off with everything going on at the moment.
Annoyingly I’m then either waking up really early like 6am or sleeping through til 11am and if I’m up at 6am I need a sleep in the day!
I am just hoping my sleep will sort its self out really soon!
I’m going to start trying to read a book before bed again and not watch the news. Hopefully that will help my sleep.
