Hey guys,
So it’s match day 2 and A visit to Kidderminster harriers! It was my first trip to this ground and to an U23’s match! Which brings me on to who was playing, West Bromwich Albion u23 v Manchester United u23s!
I was excited to head to my first u23s match the original plan was Togo with Jamie & his friends but Adam came along to, which is a long story!
I was running late, which is no surprise but this time was due to my headlight going and having to have that replaced! Then it was time to head to Kidderminster!
The road to Kidderminster is mainly out In the countryside so it was nice to sit & chat and show Adam the local area!
We then met up with my mates at the pub although both of us drinking soft drinks! Before long it time to head to the stadium.
It was about a 5 minute walk as we set up it was chilly but dry. Then the heavens opened & I got drenched, well everyone did! We all had summer clothes on really, what a wet mess we were!
When we got into the stadium we had decided to sit behind the goal! This meant that Jamie & Adam (a city fan) had to lift me up in my wheelchair onto the terraces, it was funny!
The match it self was really good, we won 5-0! With some fantastic displays by the young kids.
After the match we headed for another drink with my mates before heading back to the car and home!
I really enjoyed the match & seeing the u23s plus always good to hang out with my mates!
