Happier times at OT for me
Good evening!
The FA cup came to old Trafford today In the form of reading!
I hadn’t slept very well the night before as I had a few things on my mind plus I knew I had to get up early! So I was awake from 5am fully awake playing with the cat and her toy aka the pen!
Once I was up I had all my meds and charged my phone! Then we was off, although I forgot my hat so had to go back, ops!
The journey was good going up over all, well for a Saturday match anyway! We was soon parked up and on our way down to old Trafford! Neil text me first today haha, for anyone interested we have 100% winning record!!
I managed to catch up with Helen & Sophie pre match to have a chatter so that was nice.
Now I knew that the Red Army guys had got L stand and I also knew a few of the lads in it and I was buzzing no away fans! My own fans behind me!
As soon as we went out I could hear them and it wasn’t even full at that point. The game went on and the noise was fantastic and the atmosphere the best I’ve heard. I sang for 90 mins, I felt included and part of the crowd, like one of my mates, knowing my mates were all close was great too, I haven’t felt that positive and included within the home crowd for such a long time so thank you so much red army, keep it up and come back to L this season, I’ll miss you all!
At HT I saw Mef, Sophie, Helen and Ann Marie for our half time catch up! It’s become a great addition to my home match day.
I was soon going back to the car, I saw Pete and chatted all the way to the car so that was nice. Then saw Andy and returned his stuff and had a brief chat!
Before I knew it I was home shattered but happy the first time In a long time one felt happy at a home match.
