Its a cold and wet Wednesday here in the UK! I woke up before 5am and just lay listening to the radio and cuddling the cat, well while they allowed it! 7:15am came and help arrived, in the shape of my dad!
I was up before i knew it and normal routine, Toby likes a fuss before i leave the bedroom for about 5 minutes. We then go into the living room, where ben greets me with a bark! He wants his morning chew, which i oblige! Then its straw for my squash, plug my plugs in and then my liquid food and then toilet, I’m not to bad this morning so no painkillers, i try and limit them when possible!
The morning was spent listening to music and generally waiting around at mid-day it was time for me to have my orange juice and second liquid food and then my brother took me to get new curtains!
I travel in a WAV, wheelchair adapted vehicle so my brother can literally push me up a ramp into the chair and strap my chair in!
We then went to dunelm mill which i like as a home store!
I couldn’t find the curtains that i wanted a dark grey but found some similar and read that each curtain was 66″ across so i needed a smaller sizer 48″ and by luck the lady found the exact pair in the measurements in the back that i wanted result! Also saved some money as didn’t need the bigger size even better!
When we got home my brother couldn’t get the pole down due to the screws, so the next day my dad took the screws out, then my cousin couldn’t get the pole end off so had to leave it! Eventually the curtains are up only took 3 adults 2 days!
