Hey,

Where do I start? I moved house, I moved from the midlands to the north! I moved from a town to the city!

So I moved to Manchester to live with Adam, I absolutely love living with him, he’s my best friend & my life partner! We also got engaged so that’s exciting too!

After living solo for so long it’s been hard to adjust to living with someone, from sharing the TV, except when united are on! It’s been hard & fun at times, but Adam & I have helped each other too by I’m teaching him to cook, he’s my hands! To Adam supporting me with my solid food & he’s challenging himself trying new meals too!

One thing I love about being in the north west is my mates are here! I can see them, we can go out it’s been really good.

But don’t get me wrong it’s not all been plain sailing moving meant a whole new medical team, except my CHD team. Which isn’t easy for a person with a life long disability, I’d known my gp surgery all my life & saying goodbye was hard for me, meeting a new gp was hard & we are still getting to know each other. Even changing pharmacy was hard work for me we’ve had teething difficulties! But to my whole team in Worcestershire Thank you for everything I wouldn’t have been alive to move if it wasn’t for my GP & team, thank you for encouraging me to take a chance to follow my heart & not let my anxiety stop me from being happy, I’ll be forever great full  to you all.

To my new team, well get use to each other & my stupid phobias & work it all out.

My mental health has taken a battering of late! The insomnia is back very painfully and it upsets me more now because it affects Adam too. The anxiety & depression have been bad too but we will get through this it’s all about adjusting to my new life.

To my family I miss you & thank you for supporting this move I know it was scary for us all & I know you probably thought I was mad moving 100 miles to be with a lad I’ve known a year but Adam makes me happy.

To my friends, thank you for supporting me, listening to me & laughing with me.

To Adam, I love you so much, I know it’s not been easy but we are tough, we are the best team and I’m excited for our future & our plans.

On that note I’ll say here’s to Manchester more fun, adventures & friendship & the best fiancé.

Vicky xxxx
